Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
However, if your item is:

Damaged in transit
Defective beyond the expected handmade characteristics you may be eligible for a refund.
Please email us at indianmotifs@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Free Shipping & Refund Deductions
While we advertise free shipping, the shipping cost is included in the price of each product. If a refund is approved, we will deduct a flat shipping fee of $9.95 to cover the original shipping expense.
This fee is non-refundable, as it reflects a cost already incurred on your behalf.
